Program Overview

The program through real-life stories inspires participants to further delve into the aspects of ethics and values through holistic learning design. Participants are encouraged to reflect on the wellbeing of students and stimulate positive changes within themselves and students leading to internal changes and well-being of students.

Program Content

The program, conducted at IofC Panchgani, is sensitively designed involving activities for introspection and sharing/dialogue. The program focuses on personal as well as institutional ethics and transformational leadership. It encourages HE team to be change leaders and work towards excellence in service.

Initiatives of Change (IofC) is a worldwide movement of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviours, starting with their own. IofC believes that everyone has a part to play in nation building and creating a world that works for all. It organises and runs educational programs for the stakeholders of various fields.
